
Origins
C6 Med was launched in 2008, born out of what I often call my Jerry Maguire moment. After years spent inside the fast-paced, Mad Men–style agencies of Manhattan, I reached a turning point. I did not want dozens of clients or work that felt transactional. I wanted one client, one purposeful project that would genuinely make a positive impact — for the audience and for the people behind it.
I still remember that initial project in dermatology. For the first time, I had the freedom to bring my own finesse to every part of the process—from high-level strategy to the little details, and especially the outreach to healthcare professionals. Without the pressure to rush or “check the box,” the work felt different. Better. More thoughtful. More human.
Seventeen years later, as the C6 Med team grows, we continue to connect pharmaceutical and biotech companies with medical experts at conferences, advisory boards, and educational programs—always with intention and care. We focus on creating environments where meaningful conversations happen naturally and where scientific exchange feels authentic, not forced.
One of the qualities that consistently sets C6 Med apart is how quickly we establish trust with our clients. We do what we say we’re going to do—plain and simple. If we commit to a meeting, we’re there. If we promise a status deck on Tuesday, it’s in your inbox Monday night. Reliability isn’t an aspiration for us; it’s a standard. We show up for our clients, for the HCPs we work with, and for each other.
Sometimes that commitment shows up in small but meaningful ways. If a physician is running late across town, we’ll send an Uber to make sure they arrive at our engagement on time. That extra effort, that added layer of care—those are the details people remember. They reflect how seriously we take the experience, not just the agenda.
There are many options when choosing a medical education partner. We never lose sight of that. Our goal is simple: to make our clients shine—through seamless execution, thoughtful planning, and experiences that feel both polished and personal.
